Add INSIDE_BOTTOM_CENTER position to Position enum

Description

Some use cases need placing text slightly above the bottom edge inside the box.
Suggest adding INSIDE_BOTTOM_CENTER to support this.

I think the more reusable solution would be to allow custom x, y offset. Allowing people to pick the anchor and than offset.
