Configure kafka.protobuf config section for console service through Redpanda CRD

I would like to be able to configure kafka.protobuf config section for console service through Redpanda CRD

but it seems to be impossible?

Is there any way around that other than creating full config file manually?

I see that there is extra field "console"

but I don't know how it can be used
