Amalgamated source doesn't include `dirent_compat.h`

As in the title, dirent_compat.h isn't included in the amalgamated C file, which prevents one from using it on Windows.

Good catch! I'll see if I can fix it tonight and add Windows to the CI so we can catch future problems there.
