Missing DTC format identifier

In the DTC format, is one missing format leading to the error Unknown DTC Format Identifier %s. Value should be between 0 and 3

ISO15031_6 = 0
ISO14229_1 = 1
SAE_J1939_73 = 2
ISO11992_4 = 3

The above are the only format identifiers present the one for 4 is missing.

Right, it has been added in 2013 version. I initially wrote with the 2006 version at hand.
