Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My family, who are all Nextcloud/Memories users, have a shared album we use for family photos and it's difficult to continuously notify people when photos/videos have been uploaded to the shared album.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have an email notification option for people added to the shared album to receive an email when new content is added. Possibly as option for instant notifications or a 'daily roundup' if photos/videos have been added. Google Photos has a feature that will dispatch an email stating "You've missed photos from [USER]!" if you've not seen the new photos/videos within a day. An integration like this would be sufficient, but I think it's unnecessary to actually track if a user has viewed the content before sending an email.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've attempted to get the desired behavior through Activities and Flows, but because the album isn't tied to a specific folder, I can't get the operation to work for all users.
