Add filter in the Android app to only show local photos that are not on Nextcloud #1445

In the Memories Android app you can show your local/device folders of your smartphone on your timeline. If a local photo is not also on Nextcloud then you see this icon in the bottom right of the photo:
It can be hard to keep track of which photos are only on your phone and not on Nextcloud. The current icon shown by the Memories Android app helps with this problem, but you currently have to scroll through all of your photos and specifically look for this icon to find these photos.
