Feature Request: Suggestions when adding a name (facerecognition)

Describe the solution you'd like
If I add a name to a person (either for a whole not yet names cluster or for a single person) make suggestions after the first few characters like it is done in the facerecognition UI when "Review people found"

Afterthought: Source could be either the existing clusters or the address book (or both)
