Is it possible to use a transcoder on external server?

I am not sure if this is already implemented. Is it possible to use a transcoder on a different server which memories could use?

You could try to make use of something like rffmpeg although I haven't tried it myself.
In my case, it was easier to deploy go-vod onto a different server and access the Nextcloud data via NFS.
