Upload option missing when sharing a folder with "Can Edit" permissions

Describe the bug
When sharing a folder with "Can Edit" permissions Memories is missing the upload button, it only lets you edit/delete the already existing photos.

There is the "file drop" permissions but that wont allow users to view whats in there.

The native Files app allows uploading when a folder is shared with "Can Edit" permissions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Share a folder via memories and set permissions to can edit
• Using the share link open on another device and the upload option will be missing

Indeed it's happening, indeed it's still possible to share the native link, that uses the same secret-ID, to allow upload of pictures, but the UI isn't as nice.

This bug is still present.
Using thhe native link of the file app has a the huge drawback of not being able to play videos. If memories would mirror the functionality of the configured native link and allow upload, it would make for a nice and easy video collection site
