Download photos from shared albums

If the album is shared via a public link, there is an option to download all the photos in the album as a compressed file. However, this is not practical if I share the link to a smartphone user. Is it possible to set up the option to download all the photos in the album as individual files?

This would make sharing with less tech-savvy users much easier.
