Allow uploading when selecting local photos

Just a small UX improvement: When selecting files on mobile, the three dot menu could have have a button to upload the selected local-only files.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
You can go to the upload button and select them from the file picker but that's a little bit more complicated.
