libprotobuf.so* not available after bazel build //:protoc //:protobuf

hi dev team,

i want compile with bazel protoc and libprotbuf.so files library files for further link in different apps.

after compile done i cannot find libbuf.so file

machine debian sid

btw i want remove -mtune and -march flags from bazel build, but "grep -ri mtune/march ." cant find any mtune or march flags in protobuf subdirectory...
my bazel build flag for testing bazel build //:protoc //:protobuf --compilation_mode=opt --copt="-Ofast" --cxxopt="-Ofast" --linkopt=""

bazel scripts automating with appending mtune and march flags....

i want remove completely mtune and march flags here

i want disable mtune and march flags globaly and -fno-omit-frame-pointer but not with overriding method - i mean add additionly flags - i want completedly bann these flags .

but somehwere in code - i grep couldnt find these flags - , do automaticaly append ...

with cmake i can create share libs with -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON

We only support building libprotobuf.so with CMake, not Bazel.

Bazel will internally produce some .so files, but these are for its own internal use, not for public consumption.
