Bug: clickbrowser=0 in latest version #1177

Describe the bug
In the latest version of the Prebid SDK, imp[].clickbrowser is set to 0. However, according to the OpenRTB specification, Safari View Controller is considered a native browser, so imp[].clickbrowser should actually be set to 1.
