What parts of the IRCv3 specification does tiny support

I looked for tiny in the IRCv3 clients page and I didn't see it. I also did a quick search for ircv3 in the sources and it's mentioned a few places:

Hi @winksaville. tiny only supports SASL authentication from the IRCv3 specs.

I no longer use IRC myself, but if someone wants to implement IRCv3 specs I may be able to review & merge.

Sad to hear, I like using rust apps and tools. I looked at irrsi and I cringe when I see C and was happy I found tiny.

The problem is I've got a friend who is blind and GUI tools are not helpful and even worse, from their perspective, support for accessibility is going in the wrong direction. So text based command line tools tend to be better and easier to use. Anyway, txs for creating tiny and who knows what the future brings :)
