Add Deployment.datacenter

I did not find any attributes in the Semantic Convention to store the datacenter in which the exporter is located.

Can we add this attribute ?

I think what you are looking for the geo namespace as 3rd attribute is already handled there. With #2381 attribute 1 & 2 would be handled.
