the processor seems to ship with contrib, at least:
https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-releases/blob/main/distributions/otelcol-contrib/manifest.yaml#L114C1-L115C1

Edit metadata.yaml to list all distributions this processor is in, and run make generate gendistributions in the root of the checkout.
