Publish the extension on OpenVSX

OpenVSX is vendor-neutral extension repository for VSCode. The open source version like Code, and Codium cannot connect with the Microsoft's extension repository due to legal reasons.

In lieu of this issue, can you publish the extension to the OpenVSX repository?
