Entropy CDS on-hover box position incorrect

Entropy CDS on-hover box position is wrong, perhaps only in the vertical dimension. The following screenshot is from hovering the mouse over (either of) the HA1 CDS annotations:

Every other hover box seems ok (frequencies, tree branch/tip/stream, entropy bars)

Observed in Auspice 2.63.1

This bug isn't there on Chrome 137 or Safari 18.5. It is present on Firefox 138 & 139, and with Auspice versions as far back as v2.62 which points to it being a recent change in Firefox code rather than any specific change in Auspice

The bottom/top DOM attributes of the <InfoPanel> component look right on Chrome (e.g. bottom: 50px) but not on Firefox (top: 0px). These are set here:

Looking at d3event.layerY when hovering on the CDS boxes at the bottom of a ~300px high entropy panel we see values like d3event.layerY=292 in Chrome, which is what I expect (the y axis goes downwards). In Firefox we see values like d3event.layerY=6 indicating that the y-axis is going upwards. This change (in d3 or Firefox) must be specific to certain code paths otherwise I'd expect the entire entropy panel (and tree!) to be vertically flipped. - the values still appear to be measured from the top, however they appear to be relative to the CDS rect rather than the entropy panel.

Manual bisecting: working on Firefox 130.0, broken on Firefox 131.0. That was released on October 1 2024, which seems too long ago to have only noticed this now. There's also nothing obvious in the release notes.
