Reorganize to better serve non-Physion and future projects

Add new base classes for different tasks (i.e. that generate different metadata) so that individual projects can inherit from those. 

For instance, the Physion controllers should inherit from an OCP class, whereas the relational/fourfactor/playroom stimuli may inherit from a separate or subclass.
