Non standard files extensions and Open Cubic Player

After Cubic Player 1,7 and Open Cubic Player 2,6 for DOS I'm used to it MOD files divide by MOD , M15 , M31 because in DOS version I was modifed CP.in so :

next , I will sort MODS on *.MOD , *.M15 , *.M31 , and next I press alt+e and next press on type write m15 or m31 , and player read this files , but in Open Cubic Player from here , if I do this , I can not modify information about file , why so ? As this fix ?

This fork of Open Cubic Player is mainly for POSIX systems (Linux, BSD, Haiku etc.), where the system installs and can upgrade Open Cubic Player.

Fileextensions are now registered by plugins, as it was painfull to maintain the list in ocp.ini as the player was upgraded, plugins added or removed etc. Some plugins also sources the list of fileextensions from the library they depend on (like adplug).

Optionally there can be added an option to extra file-extensions. If there are common file-extensions that are wildly used, the respective plugins should be updated to include these. Sources like modland.com usually name these files just .MOD.

About SID , you all explained , and yes , in 64 bit version SID play normally) , about S3M , you can play examples and play PRO-SYNZ.zip from here #136 (comment) in OpenCubicPlayer 3.0.1 and you can understand about what am I talking about )
