Mirror docker image to ghcr.io

Would you mind mirroring the Docker images on a registry such as ghcr.io? The reason is quite simple:

Error: initializing source docker://multiarch/qemu-user-static:latest: reading manifest latest in 
docker.io/multiarch/qemu-user-static: toomanyrequests: You have reached your pull rate limit. 
You may increase the limit by authenticating and upgrading: 
https://www.docker.com/increase-rate-limit

It's very straightforward to include this in the existing actions.

Any updates? Docker Hub rate limiting is getting more severe by the day.

OpenZipkin apparently hosts a mirror at ghcr.io/openzipkin/multiarch-qemu-user-static
