Add subtitles to videos for accessibility

This would make them accessible to people with hearing difficulties or (like me) people who work in open workspaces and don't have headphones on hand

Thanks for raising this @mayawagon and apologies it's taken so long to get to.

We're starting to work on this now I'm adding a list below on videos that require subtitles either being added or edited from autogenerated captions.

• Mozilla and Working Open (YouTube Auto-Generated)
• Open Canvas (PR Tracked in Allow for Subtitles to be added to embedded videos #98)
