We're happy to see that Linux distributions have begun providing Edit as a package. A heartfelt "Thank You!" goes out to everyone who was involved in this. ❤️
However, there's no consistency to executable name yet. Distributions shy away from naming it "edit" due to conflicts with existing projects, such as "vi". We would like to give an official recommendation what to call the editor, aside from "edit":
