Request: add the possibility to change the operation mode in the SGS100a driver.

The Rohde & Schwarz SGS100a instrument has the capability to change the operation mode between the normal mode and the bypass mode by using the commands

":SOUR:OPMode BBBYpass" for bypass

and

":SOUR:OPMode NORMal"

Could that be implemented into the driver?

@jjmartinezQT happy to accept a pr that implements a parameter to do this however, I would not expect that a core contributor will have the time to implement this or has access to the instrument any more.
