FancyZones: Include, not exclude apps

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I want to snap my school programs without pressing shift, but then all the programs in Windows will be snapped unless I write them in the Excluded list. Right now there's about 40 and it's very tiring to create and maintain.

Better to just have a list of INCLUDED apps.

Thanks for an otherwise very useful thing! Makes work much faster and better.
