WinGet-Microsoft.PowerToys.0.92.1-2025-07-23-15-02-03.479.log

I've tried to install PT using winget with DSC and without it, and it showed me this message:

Above run was with DSC, and a simple winget install command generated a log, which I've attached here. DSC itself is not a problem, as it runs correctly on x64 machine.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PT to install with or w/out DSC

❌ Actual Behavior

Fails to trigger install on ARM64
