Hi, I have problem with Deploy Azure Function App

I tried different configurations in app settings but the deploy result was the same every time

-SCM_DO_BUILD_DURING_DEPLOYMENT true
-PYTHON_VERSION 3.11
-DISABLE_HUGO_BUILD true
-ENABLE_ORYX_BUILD false
