The branch in the boot sequence should allow for a branch in ssm to override it,

1. boot from some hardcoded branch
2. use that to: use ssm to: checkout new branch

split out the boot branch into separate repo
1.the boot image/branch
2. the secret and parameter store

and keep this repo with
4. the application branch
5. the docker image
