Join forces with Permify

Coming here from #5488 I found https://docs.permify.co/permify-overview/intro

While Logto seems quite mature, it currently lacks ReBAC and ABAC support, which would be very helpful for complex scenarios like described in #5488.

On the other hand Permify allows more complex scenarios, but doesn't seem to be that mature, feature-rich and well-known.

Both are open source and have < 10.000 stars. Combining them might create a powerful open-source based auth solution.

Still I know that things aren't as simple as a users wish ;)
