Investigate use of images in upstream tests

In #255 we identified a few remaining images that are not upstream. We need to investigate if they are used by any tests and if so create upstream images for them.

Remaining images:

• cassandra
• java (base image for cassandra, could be reduced to a stage in a multi-stage Dockerfile)
• nfs-server

Do we have open issues in k/k for the these?

Not at the moment. Those images were created a few years ago, so I'm not sure how valid they are anymore currently. FWIW, the images are quite easy, and could easily be made buildable for docker buildx.
