Configure node annotations

What would you like to be added

I want to be able to configure node annotations with kubespray

Why is this needed

There are tools that rely on node annotations. For example, https://longhorn.io/docs/1.8.1/nodes-and-volumes/nodes/default-disk-and-node-config/

I provision my Kubernetes cluster with kubespray. I would like to be able to control annotations as well

I’m not familiar with longhorn but isnt this handeled by node labels?

Longhorn uses both node labels and annotations.

This feature allows the user to customize the default disks and node configurations in Longhorn for newly added nodes using Kubernetes labels and annotations instead of the Longhorn API or UI.
