Update CSI CRDs

What would you like to be added

The current CSI CRDs for Snapshots are more than 3 years old and list version 0.4.0. There are much more recent CRDs available at version 0.15.0.

Why is this needed

Having up to date CRDs ensures compatibility with current versions of snapshot-controller.

If this is possible by just copying over the CRDs into their respective .j2 files, I am more than happy to open a PR; if there are other considerations like also including groupsnapshots, etc, let me know, I'd love to help out!

You can implement it if you want. But we'd like to remove the template and replace it with a link or a version (like Gateway API refactor).

I tried to upgrade the template files to v1.16 in cert-manager in my own project yesterday, and the template files are so large and have so many useless content, and it is easy to make mistakes for me, why not just apply manifest.yaml, at least I can install it, then consider edit or patch something.
