vsplit is not working side by side

Describe the bug

The usage of vsplit is not working as expected.

Settings:

# Create a new window splitting the space used by the existing one so that
# the two windows are placed side by side
map f6 launch --location=vsplit

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set the map
2. Open new OS windows
3. Press F6
4. New window will be opened under (horizontal) the current window and not side by side

Okay, got this working with adding enabled_layouts splits to config.

In all other layout examples it's included but not in the split layout example. So I thought that this is some kind of default layout.

Is it possible to set the bias dynamically? For example when I open 3 windows side by side the 2nd and 3rd windows have 1/4 and the 1st 1/2 of the os window. I like to have it with 3 at 33 %, with 2 at 50 %, with 4 at 25 % and so on. Also when closing the 4h it should set the bias to 33 % again. Is it possible?
