Re-enabling SIP (Wallet & Apple Pay)

After Yabai is successfully installed and configured, if SIP is re-enabled, will that break any features?

I ask because I believe SIP being disabled is causing the following issue with Apple Wallet:

Yes, features that require SIP to be disabled will stop working if you enable it again.

There are some apps that check SIP and won't run unless fully enabled (this makes sense, for example, for Proton Pass [a password manager] to run a SIP check]). However, there are others that do an SIP check with no discernible reason (Ark Nova, a MacOS native game). Is there a way to force run these apps or get it to skip SIP checks?
