I identified a potential heap corruption in a clone function next_state_val() in
src/Onigmo/regparse.csourced from kkos/oniguruma. This issue, originally reported in CVE-2017-9226, was resolved in the repository via this commit kkos/oniguruma@b4bf968.This PR applies the corresponding patch to fix the vulnerabilities in this codebase.
