typesafe-i18n-vue-starter with simple language switcher, branches for namespaces and an Tolgee importer

I have set up a starter project for vue3 with vite and typesafe-i18n, to test some integrations. It includes locales and namespaces loading and showcases translations on a simple vite-vue-starter based page and a simple language switcher.

I looked into Tolgee.io, so the repository contains a branch with the respective importer script, as well.
