New Feature:

• namespaces: split your translations into multiple parts and load them on demand

This release contains a small breaking change:

• if you have a index-file in a subfolder of your translation files, it will now be treated as a namespace

If your src/i18n/[locale] folders contain a subfolder with a index.ts file, you have to give that file another name.
