Error while running NetStrike.py

when you run the py file you get this output

i have a Windows 10 laptop

the reason i ran it like C:\Users\prodbyjayyy\Net-Strike\  NetStrike.py was because when i tried python 3 NetStrike.py it would not even search for the file
