Stuck slow after getting tagged. #1098

Describe the bug
If in infection and you get tagged, you are permantly stuck slow
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Join infection
- Get tagged
- Try walking after the cooldown should be over
Expected behavior
The speed to recover and allow you to walk
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS Windows 11
- Menu Version latest 8.2.4
- CPU Intel Core i7-4790 (pc still sucks)
- GPU i ont remember
- RAM 32GB
