Nametags/Vrchat Nametags take very long to update

Describe the bug
when joining a lobby it takes almost an entire minute for the nametags to display any actual information

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Visual
2. Click on any nametag mod
3. Look at a player.
4. Dont see not nametags

Expected behavior
it should display a nametag above someones head with info.

• OS Windows 11 24H2
• Menu Version 8.2.4
• CPU Intel Core i3
• GPU NVIDIA GTX 1050 ti
• RAM 8GB

Additional context
I had this problem for a long time idk why nobody noticed it before maybe this is a me problem but i dont know what could cause this exept for a menu bug.

i think you have streamer mode labels on or something of that sort because there is no reason for this to happen
