Custom menu name doesnt work

My custom menu names mod doesn't work, and if im wrong, the process to change it is 1. go to the iistupid tab in the gtag files, 2. go to iistupid custom menu name, 3. change it to what you want the menu name to be, 4. restart gtag, 5. menu name changed, and if that isn't how you do it, than idk what is causing it.

Expected: The name at the top of the menu to change
