INAV 9 configurator BLE cannot connect

this was the issue since the Candidate release of INAV9 that any Flight controller with a BLE module or build in BLE could not connect
however it was tested on INAV8 configurator and its connecting

Hi, i can confirm the same using speedybee Wing FC, BLE wont connect

Speedy Bee Type 2 BLE, Arch Linux, works (device is detected and operates correctly).

CC2451 BLE, Arch Linux as above. Detected, connects, fails to work correctly (configurator hangs switching tabs). Not surprising, CC2451 is a pretty crap device.

I tested #2542 on Windows (x64) and BLE connect, thank you! @sensei-hacker

one thing though, it works extremely slow, going to outputs tab took around 30-40 sec, using save button takes almost 1 minute to save.
for compare, in 8.0.1 it takes around 1- 10 sec to open that tab and save takes around 5 - 10 sec

i verified this is not poor BLE signal level (reverting to 8.0.1 under same conditions)
and by the way, using USB (COM) is also relatively slow now in compare to 8.0.1

@Itay-Sharoni I had included a lot of debug logging to help me find the problem if this fix didn't work. I bet all of that logging is slowing things down.

I have now pushed a commit to remove the logging, which will hopefully speed things up.

If not, we'd need to actually save the log and look at it to see if it indicates what might be causing slowness.

Funny thing - I was thinking I may not have any BLE hardware, or if so I'd have to go digging around to try to find something. Then when I went to clean up the BLE device chooser I saw an Aocoda F4 FC on the list. Oh, I had one running already. :)
