Bug when selecting Aircraft Symbols #198

Describe the bug
When selecting different "aircraft symbols", the preview image goes "blank", and the numbering doesn't count up and down as expected. Once this happens, the symbol on the main screen will also go away. After power is cycled to the radio, the symbol will be shown again. I will include a short video to demonstrate. I've observed this on multiple radios, including TX16S and TX15. https://youtu.be/wG-IlGTROmE
To reproduce
- Open settings menu
- Move down to aircraft symbol
- Attempt to select a symbol different than the current one
- See error
Additional context
I believe this could be related to the changes in lua (v5.2 to 5.3) that came with EdgeTX 2.11 and later, but it's just an assumption. ;)
