Consider generating traces and logs for builds outside of configured branches #76

follow up to: #73
with the above PR, traces and logs are not collected anymore for repos and branches that do not match the config.
while leaving out non-matching repos seems reasonable, we may still want to collect traces and logs for builds happening on branches not matching any of the branches configured in a given repo so that we can still provide info on PRs and crons for instance.
