Use hop status color in samples chart

Describe the feature you'd like

Currently, yellow (default theme) is used for all samples except "lost" packets which are shown in red. This does not reflect the colors used in the Status (Sts) column.

The "status" (and later the "adjusted status") should be calculated in core (state.rs), not in the Tui.
