Bulk API 2.0 Post Create Job Seems to be Get Job Info

Bulk API 2.0 Post Create Job used to work fine. Recently for some reason, it stopped working. It seems to be switched to Get Job Info by looking at the response body. I reforked from the master release branch. Still the same issue.

Anyone else experiencing the same?
