documentation missing for many numpy functions

For some time now, the display of documentation does not work with many numpy functions.
lsp-ui-doc-show works` for everything else (including for example built-in functions, scipy and locally defined functions) but shows empty documentation for most numpy functions.
It might be noteworthy that unlike #101, the completion works perfectly for numpy.

I dont think this necessarily has something to do with this repository, but I am hoping that someone has come across the same issue.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
