kibana 5 authentication plugin

Is there any plan of releasing a kibana 5.1.2 authentication plugin any time soon? as there was for kibana 4?

Good Point - nothing planned so far.
We need to look into porting similar functionality to 5.xx unfortunately we're short on hands...
