Feature request : add support for reading dv hosted in puffin

Describe the bug

I know it is not something urgent as officially, we don't have an Iceberg V3 writer yet, but just for my own understanding, is there a future plan to add support for reading DV generated by future iceberg V3 writer, my understanding they have the same format as delta dv but use puffin as a file container, which is different from delta
