Repro steps:
Go to https://chat.dbpedia.org/ , check DevTools console, see error about Mixed Content

Result:
chat.dbpedia.org/:1 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://chat.dbpedia.org/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure favicon 'http://chat.dbpedia.org/login'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
